Once the contractor is on board, we’ll begin a series of collaborative workshops to walk through the design in detail. This ensures everyone is aligned and fully understands the vision, down to the smallest detail.

We'll also advise on any specialist sub-contracted elements and support the contractor in mobilizing resources as needed. Our role is to help create a smooth transition from planning to execution—keeping communication clear and the project moving forward with confidence.

Concept Design marks the beginning of the creative journey. During this phase, we’ll collaborate through design workshops to develop an initial floor plan tailored to your space and lifestyle. Together, we’ll explore finishes, design styles, and key inspirations that align with your vision. To help you visualize the possibilities, we’ll provide early 3D models and conceptual renderings that illustrate the spatial layout and overall feel of the design. This phase is all about dreaming big while laying the groundwork for a space that truly reflects you.

With the detailed design complete, we transition into the tender phase. This is where we begin turning plans into action. We’ll work closely with you and your design team to recommend the most suitable contract type and help select the right contractors for your project.

Together, we’ll prepare and issue the tender package, and begin outlining the construction schedule. It’s a collaborative process designed to ensure everything is clearly communicated, well-coordinated, and aligned with your goals—setting the stage for a successful build from the very start.

While the project is underway on site, we stay closely involved—working alongside the contractors and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) suppliers to ensure the design is brought to life exactly as envisioned.

From overseeing installations to coordinating timelines and troubleshooting on the ground, we're there to support a smooth implementation. Our goal is to ensure every detail—from the largest fixture to the smallest accent—is perfectly placed and fully aligned with the overall design.
